no it cannot be used for drinking. it is used as coolant in nuclear plants. the water which contains more hydrogen is called heavy water.

heavy water is used in certain types of nuclear reactors where it acts as neutron moderator to slow down neutrons .It is used in doubly labeled water test.it should not be used for drnking coz its highly poisonous
