15m +  \frac{2}{3}  =  \frac{5}{3}  + 14m \\ 15m - 14m =  \frac{5}{3}  -  \frac{2}{3}  \\ m \frac{5 - 2}{3}  \\ m =  \frac{3}{3}  \\ m = 1
