 \frac{m1}{l1}  =  \frac{m2}{l2}

now

 \frac{15}{2.5}  =  \frac{12}{l2}

now decimal point will shift to numerator as

 \frac{150}{25}  =  \frac{12}{l2}

as 150 is divisible by 25 hence

l2 =  \frac{12}{6}

now by division we get

l2 = 2m
