Now we have Given that for 1st km the fare is 10 rupees

So, ATQ,

y = 10(1) + 4(x-1)

Here 1 is 1st Km

Now Solving the Equation

y = 10 + 4x - 4

=> y = 6 + 4x

So, we have Equation for this that is y = 6 + 4x

Now finding points to plot the graph

Let x = -2

So,

=> y = 6 - 8

=> y = -2

So, we have first point as A(-2,-2)
