Answer: The speed of water and diameter both are inversely to each other

20 cm

Explanation:

If speed of water is 2 m/s when internal diameter is 10 cm

The speed of water is 1 m/s then internal diameter is 10/2 =5 cm

When speed of water is given 4 m/s,then the internal diameter of pipe =4 x5 =20 cm
