Solution :-

➤ 15(x-1) + 1(x+1) = 2 (7+x)

➤ 15x-15 + x+1 = 14+2x

➤ 16x -14 = 14 + 2x

➤ 16x -2x = 14 + 14

➤ 14x = 28

➤ x = 28/14

➤ x = 2

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

15 (x - 1 ) + 1 ( x + 3 ) = 2 (7 + x)

     15x -15 + x + 3    = 14 + 2x

          16x -   12        = 14 + 2x

                16x - 2x   = 14 + 12

                 14x         = 26

                    x         = \frac{26}{14}

                    x         = 1.85 approx.
