16 horses can consume a certain quantity of corn in 25 days. In how many days would the same quantity be consumed by 40 horses?

1 horse can consume it in days = 46×25

40 horses can consume it in days =

since horses are more
so they consume earlier
no.of days=16×25/40
=400./40
=10days
