Solution:

On plotting y=3 in a graph sheet, a line parallel to x-axis is obtained.(shown in figure as red line)

On plotting x=7 in the graph, a line parallel to y-axis is obtained. (shown in figure as blue line)

On observing the graph, x=7 and y=3 intersect at a point in the form of an 'L' shape. The angle obtained for such shapes where two lines meet perpendicularly is 90°. On measuring the angle with the help of a protractor, we get 90°.

Option (a) 0 is incorrect because the graph of two lines obtained are not parallel to each other.

Option (b) 45 is incorrect because the graph of two lines obtained are not inclined at an angle of 45° while measuring using a protractor.

Option (d) 75 is also incorrect
