Given,
Side of square (s) =6cm
One side of rectangle (l) =8cm
Perimeter of rectangle 2(l+b) = Perimeter of square (4*s)

Let the another side of rectangle be b

Solution,
A) Perimeter of square = 4*s
= 4*6
= 24 cm

Perimeter of rectangle = Perimeter of square

2*(l+b) = 24
2*(8+b) = 24
16+ 2b = 24
2b = 24-16
2b = 8
b = 8/2
b = 4 cm

B) Area of rectangle = l*b
= 8 * 4
= 32 cm^2
Area of square = s*s
= 6*6
= 36 cm^2

C) Square has greater area than rectangle.
36 cm^2 > 32 cm^2
