There are 4 boys and 4 girls; they can be permuted among themselves in 8! = 40320 ways. So, in (120*24) = 2880 ways all the girls can sit together. So, the number of ways that all the girls do not sit together = (40320 - 2880) = 37440.

Therefore your answer is 37440
