total no. of candidates shortlisted for interview=
16000 \times 10 \div 100 = \\ 1600
now 1600 candidates are selected for final round.

given,15%of selected candidates got job

thus
1600 \times 15 \div 100 = \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: 240
so out of 16000 only 240 candidates got job
