Solution:

From Left to Right 21- 17 = 4  

Hence, From Right to Left last term = 4+1 =5

From Left to Right 21- 9 = 12

Hence, From Right to Left second last term = 12+1 =13

From Left to Right 26 - 9 = 17  

Hence, From Right to Left Third last term = 17+1 =18

Hence in the place of question mark (?) we can put 18.
