ill effect of green revolution:-
Although it made it's easy to produce comparatively more number of food crops which further help in having enough for population and then having surplus been supplied to other parts of world.
But green revolution led to extensive use of chemical fertilizers which for the the places such as Punjab and Haryana being addicted to produce more crops with the help of more chemicals.
They started using more & more chemicals to produce & therefore the land there became infertile without chemicals.
