Answer:

Circumference of Circle 1 = 44/7 cm

Circumference of Circle 2 = 88/7 cm

Circumference of Circle 3 = 132/7 cm

Sum of circumference = 264/7 cm

Circumference of bigger Circle = 2πr

Acc. to Ques.,

264/7 = 2πr

(264 × 2)/22 = r

24 cm = radius of bigger Circle

Step-by-step explanation:

Given :

Circumference of three circles radii are 1 cm, 2 cm and 3 cm.

Find :

The radius of a circle.

Solution :

Let the r1 = 1, r2 = 2, r3 = 3.

Circumference of a circle = 2πr1 + 2πr2 + 2πr3

➡ 2πr = 2π ( r1 + r2 + r3)

➡ 2πr = 2π ( 1 + 2 + 3)

➡ r = 6 cm.

Hence :

The radius of a circle is 6 cm.
