I think the answer would ne option a because if we see we know that raju has only 75 per cent of money that he needs for the handset if we do 75 - 100per cent we will find out it would be 25 per cent and if we do 25 per cent of 9000 we will find out that what is the amount required and if you find out you will see that it is 2250 and he just took 2000 from his friend

he needs more 50 to buy the handset .
