Let the other point be B(x,y)

The distance between point A and the centre of circle is equal to the distance between point B and the centre of the circle. Therefore ratio is 1:1.

4 =  \frac{8 - x}{2}  \\ 4 \times 2 = 8 - x \\ 8 = 8  - x\\ x = 8  - 8 \\ x =0 \\ similarly \\ 5 =  \frac{10 - y}{2}  \\ 5 \times 2 = 10 - y \\ 10 =  10  - y\\ y = 10  -  10 \\ y = 0 \\

Therefore the other end of the diameter is (0,0) that is the origin.
