one of zero is a

x^2 + 4x +2a

a^2 + 4a + 2a = 0

a^2 +6a = 0

a( a+ 6) = 0.

a= 0,-6

Answer:

one or the zeroes of polynomial is a

so p(x)=x²+4x+2a

where x=a

so p(a)=0

p(a)=a²+4a+2a

0=a²+6a

a(a+6)=0

a+6=0

a=-6 is one zeroes and another is 0

so a=-6,0
