The distance traveled by the leading bus in 10 minutes = 20*(10/60) = 10/3 Km

if the man is moving with X km/h speed in the bus direction

relative speed of man w.r.t to bus = 20 + X

now time taken by man to meet both buses

(10/3)/ (20+X) = (8/60)

after solving X= 5 km/h
