Which term of an A.P. 16, 11, 6, 1, .......... is -54?.: x²-16 Reduce the rational expression 128x16 to its lowest form.

〣( ºΔº )〣CONCEPT〣( ºΔº )〣

We actually solve them by the method of Arithemetic Progression.

〣( ºΔº )〣SOLUTION〣( ºΔº )〣

Let there be 'n' terms of A.P.

the formula of Nth term of A.P is.

An=a+(n-1)d

And Let the An(th) term be -54.

so using this relayion. here we go.

First term is = 11.

common difference(d)= -5

so,

=>-54= 16+(n-1)(-5)

=> -70/-5=n-1

=>14=n-1

=>n=15

so,.

-54 is the 15th term of A.P

16,11,6,1.......

2)Reduce the rational expression 128x16 to its lowest form.

rational expression to its lowest form os.

=> 2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2
