Number of boys passed.
=1800×42/100
=756
Number of girls passed =900×30/100
=270
the total number of students passed
=756+270
=1026
The total number of students failed
=(1800-756)+(900-270)
=1044+630
=1674.
The percentage of student failed
=1674÷Total number of boys+total number of girls ×100
=1674/2700×100
=62%
