Hello,

There were many reasons but the major was the advancement of technology. There were guns with the British but Indians still depended on sword or iron weapons. Our kings were divided and fighting among themselves while the British were united. Our educated youth was not with ourselves and they thought got embarrassing themselves helping our uneducated people. British attacked in an organized manner and have a plan while we were not organised and planned.
