Step-by-step explanation:

Total money the man earn if he does not absent=30×200=600 Rs.

Man earned =3800 Rs.

Difference =6000−3800=2200 Rs.

⇒ for each day man absent he lose Rs. 200 of daily earning and fined RS. 20

∴ Total money lost for 1 day absent =200+20=Rs.220

∴ No. of day he absent =

220

2200

=10 days
