de Broglie wavelength of electron moving with velocity v

Lambda = h/ p

p=m.v

therefore

= h/(m.v) where h= Planck’s constant and m is electron mass

now h/m v = {7.24.10^-4 } J-s/kg / 10^7 m/s = 0.724 Angstrom
