1. It provides right to the citizens and protect their freedom.

2. Government divides the power between the Central Government ,State Government and local government so that no one leader should take all the decisions for the peoples .

3. all the citizens have their freedom but only one of the citizen who is not getting fundamental right can move to the supreme court .
