we know, Power = i² × R

so dimensions of power = dimensions of i² × dimensions of R

also find dimensions of capacitance.

we know, energy stored in a capacitor , E = q²/2C

so dimensions of E = dimension of q²/dimension of C

⇒dimensions of capacitance = [A²T²]/[ML²T¯²]

= [M¯¹L¯²T⁴A²]

now dimensions of resistance × capacitance = [ML²T¯³A¯²] × [M¯¹L¯²T⁴A²]
