1st ionisation energy of Na is lower than Mg because size of Na is more than Mg. Hence less energy is required to remove one electron which is far from nucleus.
After first ionisation Na gains Neon gas stable configuration and Mg gains Na configuration. Hence to remove one electron form Na+ requires more energy than that of Mg+.
