\large\tt\ (2^0 \: + \: 3^{-1} ) \times\ 3^2

According to the rules of exponents and power ; any natural number raises the power of (0) ; a whole number is equal to 1 .

\large\tt\implies\ (1 \: + \frac{1}{3} ) \times\ 3 \times\ 3

\large\tt\implies\ (\frac{4}{3}) \times\ 3 \times\ 3

Cancel the 3 in fraction with 3 multiply;

\large\tt\implies\ 4 \times\ 3 \: = \: 12

Your final Answer;

\sf\pink{\therefore\ 12 }
