Here two solutions are possible

Solution one:
= \frac{[ \frac{-2}{1}] }{2} +  \frac{ [\frac{-3}{1}] }{3} +[ \frac{-1}{6}]
= -\frac{1 }{1}- \frac{ 1 }{1} -\frac{1}{6}
= \frac{-6-6-1 }{6}
= \frac{-13 }{6}

Solution 2:
= \frac{[-2]}{[ \frac{1}{2} ]} + \frac{[-3]}{ [\frac{1}{3} ]} +[ \frac{-1}{6}]
= \frac{[-2*2]}{1} + \frac{[-3*3]}{1} -[ \frac{1}{6}]
= \frac{[-4]}{1} + \frac{[-9]}{1} -[ \frac{1}{6}]
= \frac{[-4*6]+[-9*6]-1}{6}
= \frac{-24-54-1}{6}
= -\frac{79}{6}
