 \frac{2 \times 10}{3 + 1}  =  \frac{7 \times 10}{15 + 3}  \\  \\  \frac{20}{4}  =  \frac{70}{18}  \\  \\   now \: we \: have \: to \: do \: cross \: multiplication \\ 20 \times 18 = 70 \times 4 \\ 360 = 280
