→ 20 - 20 = 25 - 25  

→ 5 × 4 - 5 × 4 = 5 × 5 - 5 × 5

→4 ( 5 - 5 ) = 5 ( 5 - 5)  

On cancelling [ 5 - 5 ] both sides..

 ∴ 4 = 5  

Now,  

As we have proved above : 4 = 5  

We can substitute value in equation (1)
