 \frac{2}{3}  +  \frac{2}{3}  +  \frac{2}{3}  +  \frac{2}{3}  \\

The denominators are same so we will add the numerators

 \frac{2}{3}  +  \frac{2}{3}  +  \frac{2}{3}  +  \frac{2}{3}  \\  =  \frac{2 + 2 + 2 + 2}{3}  \\  =  \frac{8}{3}  = 2 \frac{2}{3}

It is the answer.
