2/3(x-5)-1/4(x-2)=9/2

2x/3 - 10/3 - x/4 + 1/2 = 9/2

(8x-3x)/12 = 9/2 - 1/2 + 10/3

5x/12 = 8/2 + 10/3

5x/12 = (24-20)/3

5x/12 = 4/3

5x = 4/3 × 12

5x = 4 × 4

x = 16/5

x = 3 1/5

x = 3.2
