  • As per the data given in the question, we have to determine the required number.

          Given data:-  \frac{2}{5} (5x+1)+\frac{3}{5} =1

          To find:-Find the value of x.

          Solution:

  • We will take the LCM of the denominators, and make denominators the same.
  • We will Convert the given fractions to equivalent fractions with the denominator as the LCM.
  • Adding the numerators over the denominators

         \frac{2}{5} (5x+1)+\frac{3}{5} =1\\\frac{10x+2}{5} +\frac{3}{5} =1\\\frac{10x+2+3}{5} =1\\\frac{10x+5}{5} =1\\10x+5=5\\10x=5-5\\10x=0\\x=\frac{0}{10} \\x=0.

         Hence value of x will be 0.

2/5(5x+1)+3/5 =1

2/5(5x+1)=1-3/5

2/5(5x-1)= 2/5

(5x+1)=2/5×5/2

(5x+1)=1

5x=1-1

therefore x=0
