S = 0.268 / 2.746 *  100 = 9.75%

O = 0.538/2.746 * 100  = 19.6%

S    9.75   9.75/32 = 0.305          0.305/0.305  = 1

O  19.6    19.6/16    =1.22    1.22/0.305
