Here is your answer :-

(2/9)^3 × (2/9)^-4 = (2/9)^2n + 1

[Bases are same so, it will add]

=> 3 + (-4) = 2n + 1

=> 3 - 4 = 2n + 1

=> -1 = 2n + 1

=> -2n = 1 + 1

=> -2n = 2

=> n = 2/-2

=> n = - 1
