According to third equation of motion,

v2=u2+2as

Given for v=0,u=u, 

                 Displacement is s1

⟹s1=2au2=2Fu2m................(i)

Given for second scenario,

                 v=0,u=2u, 

                 Displacement is s2

⟹s2=2a(2u)2=F2u2m................(ii)

From (i) and (ii),

s2=4s1
