Step-by-step explanation:

length of courtyard = 25m = 2500cm.

breadth. = 16 m = 1600 CM.

Area of courtyard = L x b

= 2500 x 1600

= 4000000 CM ^2

length of brick = 20cm

breadth. = 10cm

Area of brick = 20 x10

= 200 CM ^2

No. of bricks = 20000

Given:-

A courtyard is 25m long, 16m broad.

Length:- 20cm

Breadth:- 10cm

To find:-

The number of bricks.

Solution:-

Let length 25m = 25 × 100

= 2500

Breadth 16m = 16 × 100

= 1600

Then,

The number of bricks required:-

=> area of courtyard/ area of bricks

=> L×B/ l×b

=> (2500×1600)/20×10

=> 20000

Hope it's help you....✌️❤️
