The cost for them is Rs 10,000/-

When the price is reduced by 20%, it becomes Rs 80

When the consumption is increased by 20% the consumption becomes 120 units.

In the new case the cost becomes Rs 9,600/-.

The expenditure comes down by Rs 400/-
