ANSWER

Since rectangular piece of paper of rolled along its length.

∴ 2πr = 22

r = 22 × 7 / 2 × 22 = 3.5 cm

Height of cyclinder (h) = 10 cm

∴ Volume of cyclinder = πr2h

= 22 / 7 × 3.5 × 3.5 × 10

= 385 cm3.

Length of the rectangular paper will be height of the cylinder and width of the rectangular paper is circumference of the cylinder

∴2πr=10cm and h=22cm

Now volume of the cylinder =πr2h

722×2π10×2π10×22cm^3

=722×210×227×210×227×22cm3=175cm^3
