E1 = KQ1/r^2, here r = 0.05 m

find electric field at mid point because of Q2(0.4 micro coulomb), by using formula

E2 = KQ2/r^2, here r = 0.05 m

E1 and E2 are in opposite direction, so resultant E = E1 - E2
