Helping verb is the verb which can't make sentence it's own. It can make sentence with the of main verb. It is also called auxiliary verb, common verb, model verb. Main verb is the verb which can make sentence it's own without taking help of helping verb. It is also called principal verb , audinary verb. There are two types. They are transitive verb and intransitive verb. Transitive verb is the verb that requires an object for example Ram eats bread. Intransitive verb is the verb that doesn't require an object for example Sita dances. Remember one thing things a single verb in the sentence always be main verb.
