2.Yeah changes take place while you are cooking. After you cook food you can't turn the food raw again.So it is a chemical change.While cooking water evaporates and turns into water vapour. When this water vapour touches your face it will condense (because of your body temperature) and form water droplets.This change is a physical change.

3.When ice(solid)gets heated it will melt and form water(liquid).This process is called melting.When the water(liquid) gets heated it will evaporate and form water vapour(gas).This process is called evaporation.
