Differences between uniform and non- uniform motion

UNIFORM MOTION -

When an object covers equal distance in equal time interval the motion is said to be uniform motion .

• Speed remains constant.

• In general uniform motion is rarely seen

NON - UNIFORM MOTION -

When an object covers unequal distance in equal time intervals then the motion is said to be non - uniform .

• Speed is variable.

• In generall non - uniform motion is commonly found.
