2 differences between AC source and DC source

Alternating Current (AC) Alternating current is defined as the flow of charge that changes direction periodically. The result obtained will be, the voltage level also reverses along with the current. Basically AC is used to deliver power to industries, houses, office buildings, etc.

ac can be transmitted over long distance without much loss of energy while in case of dc loss of energy during transmission over long distances is high.
ac can't be stored while dc can be.
