In general, the electric potential (V) any any point on the surface or inside a solid or hollow metallic sphere of radius  R  & having charge  Q  uniformly distributed on the surface is given as

V=(1/4πϵo)Q/R = σ/Rϵo

Where,  σ=Q/4πR2  is uniform surface charge density

Hence, if the potential on a metallic sphere is 5V then the potential at the center or any other interior point will be 5V because when a metallic sphere is charged then the charge is uniformly distributed over its surface i.e. there is zero charge inside it hence there is zero electric field inside the metallic sphere but electric potential remains constant inside it.
