1 ANS=>

  • The outer surface of rough ER has attached ribosomes, whereas smooth ER does not have attached ribosomes.The endoplasmic reticulum acts as secretory, storage, circulatory and nervous system for the cell. It is also the site of the biogenesis of cellular membranes.

2 ANS=>

  • Golgi is involved in the packaging of the protein molecules before they are sent to their destination. These organelles help in processing and packaging the macromolecules like proteins and lipids that are synthesized by the cell and hence act as the 'post office' of the cell.

3 ANS=>

  • Lysosomes are spherical, membrane bound organelles that are generated by the golgi apparatus. They contain hydrolytic enzymes, and so function as part of the recycling system of the cell.

4 ANS

  • The nucleus controls and regulates the activities of the cell (e.g., growth and metabolism) and carries the genes, structures that contain the hereditary information. Nucleoli are small bodies often seen within the nucleus. The gel-like matrix in which the nuclear components are suspended is the nucleoplasm.

the diagram are given respectively to the attachment.
