Answer:

Given :-

  • The speed is 15 m/s.

To Find :-

  • What is the speed in km/h.

Solution :-

So, we have to convert m/s into km/h :

\longrightarrow \sf Speed =\: 15\: m/s

\longrightarrow \sf Speed =\: {\cancel{15}} \times \dfrac{18}{\cancel{5}}\: km/h

\longrightarrow \sf Speed =\: 3 \times \dfrac{18}{1}\: km/h

\longrightarrow \sf Speed =\: \dfrac{3 \times 18}{1}\: km/h

\longrightarrow \sf Speed =\: \dfrac{54}{1}\: km/h

\longrightarrow \sf\bold{\red{Speed =\: 54\: km/h}}

\therefore The speed is 54 km/h .

First Equation Of Motion :

\leadsto \sf\bold{\purple{v =\: u + at}}

Second Equation Of Motion :

\leadsto \sf\bold{\purple{s =\: ut + \dfrac{1}{2}at^2}}

Third Equation Of Motion :

\leadsto \sf\bold{\purple{v^2 =\: u^2 + 2as}}

where,

  • s = Distance Covered
  • u = Initial Velocity
  • v = Final Velocity
  • a = Acceleration
  • t = Time

Solution :-

\sf{  ⟹ \: \frac{60  \times 60}{1000} } =  \frac{3600}{1000}

\sf{⟹  \frac{10}{5} }

Direct Method of conversion :-

\sf{ \sf \: 15 m/s   \times  \frac{18}{5}}

\sf{⟹ 3 × 18 = 54 km/hr} \:

\sf{ 54 km/hr ×   \frac{5}{18} }

\sf{ ⟹ 3 × 5 = 15 m/sec} \:

Now ,

\sf{ 15 m/s =  \frac{15 \times 60 \times 60}{1000} }  \: km/hr \:  = 54 \: km/hr
