See attachment , here I attached solution with details explanations.
1. (2x² - 3x + 7)² = 4x⁴ - 12x³ + 37x² + ax + b
4x⁴ - 12x³ + 37x² - 42x + 49 = 4x⁴ - 12x³ + 37x + ax + b
compare both sides,
a = -42 and b = 49

Similarly, 2. a = 12 and b = 9
3. a = 49 and b = 70
4. a = 9 and b = -12
