Answer:

Take a glass full of water approximately 100ml.

Add sugar or salt in it and make it dissolve by stirring.

Due to presence of some space inside the particles of water, particles of sugar dissolved.

But after adding more sugar that space will be filled up and no more sugar can dissolve in it.

Answer:

Hi friend here is your answer :

We can easily prove that matter occupies space by a simple experiment .......

1.Take a glass full of water approximately 100ml.

2.Add sugar or salt in it and make it dissolve by stirring.

3.Due to presence of some space inside the particles of water, particles of sugar dissolved.

4. But after adding more sugar that space will be filled up and no more sugar can dissolve in it.

From this experiment we conclude that matter occupies space that's why sugar has some space which occupied the space inside water particles.

HOPE IT HELPS YOU A LOT......☺
