She encourages her and makes her realize her potential. She pulls her out of the inferiority complex that the society had put her in by judging her outer appearance. She makes her confident to speak up for herself without the slightest stammer rather than living under unjust decision of others. She makes her capable of being self-reliant and stand on her own legs. Now no one can judge her or discriminate her. She possesses the courage to reply  back. Her teacher gives her a newfound freedom.

Thus Bholi's teacher changes her course of life.
